The Park Villas are the most popular type of villa at Baan Ing Phu. Our Park Villas are created in a lush resort style with spacious common garden areas. The plot size for Park Villas varies between 650 and 1,500 sq-m.
All Park Villas have their own private pool and are positioned to ensure maximum possible privacy. They are available with two or three bedrooms. The style varies between a modern flat roof and a traditional roof.
The Park Villa has a tropical ambiance, with elegant ponds at the front of the properties and a large covered veranda at the back.
The first phase of 12 Park Villas is almost sold out and in 2013 we started the construction of the second phase of 10 more Park Villas.
